Cancellation Policy:
A refund for paid registrations and the President's Dinner will be issued only for cancellation requests received at least one month before the congress (by 22 December 2025 at the latest). After this date, no refunds will be possible. For eligible cancellations, refunds shall be processed after the congress, subject to the deduction of a 30% administrative fee together with any applicable bank charges.
